Get Involved
Once your new website is considered Approved for Launch, it moves in to the monthly maintenance program. In this process, an update request is received and acknowledged within 24-48 hours by a Web Designer or Customer Service representative. You can send update requests by contacting your Web Designer directly via E-Mail message, or telephone.
Minor Changes:
- Up to ½ hour of time spent on production on each minor change
- 2 minor changes per month
- Typically, changes made within 5-7 business days
Major Changes:
- Up to 2 hours of time spent on production on each major change
- One major change per quarter (4x per year total)
- Typically, changes made in 7-10 business days

If a change request is above and beyond the time allotted for changes, an additional billable hours sheet should be filled out and submitted for approval. Please contact your Web Designer for additional information – 877-932-7496
