A Little About Us
In 1999 Lawrence Amaturo, a successful broadcast owner-operator and the late Ken Giddens, a pioneer in web design and marketing, worked together to develop the concept behind New Generation Media. Knowing the power of radio and believing in the power of the Internet, they merged ideas and launched Unclewebster.com. In 2000, Eric Van Cleave was brought in to create a marketing plan for this unique local portal and later took over as General Manager.
Starting in Sonoma County, California, Unclewebster helped businesses to be “found” on the fast growing web by creating a custom page within its directory. Unclewebster grew to over 5 national affiliates in the first year, increasing the annual local direct revenue of our partners by offering a solution for small to medium sized businesses.
In 2005 we added Television to our resume and in 2007 our goal is to add events with print.
In this new era of technology, the Internet continues to evolve and so do we. We strive to stay up-to-date with the latest advancements when building our custom websites while keeping a strong focus on marketing, search engine optimization and a user-friendly approach. We've found that our partners station sites are even more effective at driving qualified traffic to our client's business through the loyalty of the listener and the dynamic news, entertainment and culture that they provide. This creates a direct connection to our Impact/Velocity clients by using consistent, targeted advertising campaigns in conjunction with our Bright Yellow Box technology.
As a solutions based marketing company, our mission is know what works and doesn’t when it comes to getting results from our client’s advertising investments. Our exclusive partnerships are what makes us unique, but what really separates us from other web development businesses is our service. We understand that listening to our clients is the key to our success and that is what we’ve built our company and ultimately our products on.
